Inventorsherpa.com is also known as the Inventor Sherpa Theater. The two foregoing names are used interchangeably herein and on the inventorsherpa.com website.

Clikeman, or Chad D. Clikeman without express written consent by them regarding inventorsherpa.com and content pertinent to each of these owners is strictly forbidden.

Clikeman at the U.S. Copyright Office under Case Number 1-2755501181, case date October 1, 2015. These two videos are used on the inventorsherpa.com website with permission granted to Intellipreneur Consulting LLC by Richard R. Clikeman.

Textual Content Copyrights

Unless stated otherwise, the textual content of the pages and posts of inventorsherpa.com, and more generally of that entire website, is copyrighted material of author Richard R. Unclear Fusion and Gizmo Rag are two of several musical compositions that make up the collection Mushroom Crowd, which is the subject of a sound recording copyright application by Chad D. Clikeman at the U.S. Copyright Office under Case Number 1-2769483221, case date October 6, 2015. Chad D. Clikeman is the sole author and performer of all of the musical compositions of the collection Mushroom Crowd. Both Unclear Fusion and Gizmo Rag are used on the website inventorsherpa.com with permission granted by Chad D. Clikeman to Intellipreneur Consulting LLC.

The musical work Chicken Feet is utilized as background music for the Season One Credits appearing in the welcome video Pumped Up For Showtime. Chad D. Clikeman is the composer and performer of Chicken Feet. Chicken Feet is one of the musical compositions that make up the collection Small Comforts, which is the subject of a sound recording copyright application by Chad D. Clikeman at the U.S. Copyright Office under Case Number 1-2772415341, case date October 7, 2015. Chad D. Clikeman is the sole author and performer of all of the musical compositions of the collection Small Comforts. Chicken Feet is used on inventorsherpa.com with permission granted by Chad D. Clikeman to Intellipreneur Consulting LLC.

Works of the visual arts variously portraying Rotwire, grouped as the collection Rotwire Unleashed, are the subject of a visual arts copyright application by Richard R. Clikeman and Chad D. Clikeman at the U.S. Copyright Office under Case Number 1-2825071031, case date October 27, 2015.

The cartoon character designated as Rotwire appears in works of visual arts on inventorsherpa.com with permission granted to Intellipreneur Consulting LLC by Richard R. Clikeman and Chad D. Clikeman.

Additional protection for the cartoon character Rotwire derives from a Trademark/Service Mark application (International Class 041) assigned serial number 86809552 by the United States Patent And Trademark Office. Intellipreneur Consulting LLC is the applicant of Trademark/Service Mark application 86809552, filing date November 4, 2015.
